Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist – THE AFTER HOURS (Wellness & Lifestyle Brand)
We are looking for a talented, creative and commercially minded Social Media Content Creator to help build and grow THE AFTER HOURS, a premium wellness and lifestyle brand based in Luxembourg.
ABOUT US
THE AFTER HOURS is a wellness club creating curated experiences centred around Pilates, yoga, movement, wellbeing and meaningful social connections. Our ambition is to build a distinctive wellness and lifestyle community in Luxembourg and eventually expand our experiences and brand presence.
THE PROJECT
We are currently launching our first event, Chapter 01, and need immediate creative and marketing support to increase brand awareness, grow our social media following and, most importantly, drive ticket sales.
We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with marketing strategy and understand how to turn engaging content into actual commercial results.
SCOPE OF WORK
* Develop and execute an Instagram and TikTok content strategy.
* Create visually compelling Reels, Stories, carousels and short-form videos.
* Edit video content with engaging hooks, storytelling and appropriate trending formats.
* Develop creative campaign concepts to promote our upcoming events.
* Create a structured content calendar.
* Write engaging captions and promotional copy.
* Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement and followers.
* Support ticket sales through targeted content and promotional campaigns.
* Maintain a consistent and recognisable visual identity.
* Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
OUR BRAND IDENTITY
We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands premium lifestyle branding.
Our aesthetic is minimal, sophisticated, editorial, warm and contemporary. We favour thoughtful storytelling, elegant typography, subtle design details and authentic content rather than generic templates or overly commercial advertising.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts.
* Strong portfolio of Instagram and TikTok content.
* Excellent video editing and graphic design skills.
* Experience in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality or events is preferred.
* Understanding of digital marketing, audience growth and conversion strategies.
* Proactive, creative and comfortable working independently.
* Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge of the Luxembourg market and French or German is an advantage.
COLLABORATION
We are looking for someone who can start immediately, initially supporting our Chapter 01 launch campaign, with the potential for an ongoing collaboration as the brand grows.
Please provide your portfolio, examples of previous campaigns, relevant results achieved and your proposed pricing.
