COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND 3D VISUALIZATION OF ELAPROTECH SHOWROOM – CONAKRY, GUINEA
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced architect, interior designer or professional 3D visualization specialist to develop a complete architectural enhancement and interior design concept for our existing commercial showroom, ELAPROTECH, located in Kaloum, Conakry, Guinea.
ELAPROTECH specializes in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, laboratory reagents and consumables, medical supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and orthopedic equipment.
The project concerns an existing two-level commercial building with a mezzanine.
Our objective is to transform this building into a modern, elegant, functional and attractive professional showroom while controlling construction and finishing costs.
2. EXTERIOR FACADE DESIGN
We want an attractive and distinctive contemporary facade that enhances the existing building without requiring major structural modifications.
The proposed design should include:
- A harmonious combination of anthracite grey, corporate green and white.
- Selective use of aluminum composite panels (ACP/Alucobond).
- High-quality exterior paint and decorative architectural finishes.
- Modern treatment of existing columns, beams and facade surfaces.
- An elegant and clearly visible ELAPROTECH corporate sign.
- Appropriate architectural lighting for daytime and nighttime visibility.
- Attractive finishing around the existing glass openings and entrance.
Important architectural constraints:
- Preserve the existing building structure and dimensions.
- Respect the existing window and glass opening dimensions.

The design must avoid unnecessary demolition, expensive structural modifications and excessive finishing costs.

The proposed facade must be adapted to the actual building structure and existing openings.

Initial building photographs, existing architectural sketches, preliminary design concepts, interior showroom references and video footage are already available.
