I run a kids-learning and nursery-rhymes channel and I’d like help turning our fun, educational videos into a much larger, more engaged community. Right now I rely almost entirely on organic search optimisation, and while that has given us a solid base, it’s not enough to reach the families who would love our content.
Here’s what I need:
• A clear growth strategy covering YouTube, Instagram and any other social platforms you believe are a good fit for parents of young children.
• Channel and profile optimisation (titles, thumbnails, keywords, reels, shorts, hashtags, etc.) that respects COPPA guidelines and keeps everything child-friendly.
• Creative promotion ideas to amplify each new rhyme or learning clip—whether that’s smart collaborations with child-focused influencers, community-building tactics such as playlists and giveaways, or paid traffic campaigns when it makes sense.
• Actionable analytics: I want regular reports that show how many additional views, followers and watch-hours your work generates so we can double down on what works.
Acceptance criteria
1. A written plan outlining tactics and timelines for YouTube, Instagram and one additional platform.
2. Implementation of the first optimisation wave (metadata, thumbnails, hashtags) within the agreed timeframe.
3. Bi-weekly performance summary highlighting view, subscriber and engagement growth attributed to your actions.
If you have a track record of scaling kids’ channels or family-friendly brands, let’s talk about how quickly we can make these rhymes ring out across the web.
