Looking for an Experienced Freelancer to Grow a Portuguese Telegram Community

I am looking for someone with real, proven experience in growing Telegram channels and online communities, specifically targeting a 100% Portuguese audience.

The goal is to grow a new Telegram channel and community from almost zero, using a proper strategy rather than simply buying traffic or adding low-quality members.

Background

Around 1 year ago, I owned a Telegram channel that grew to approximately 12,000 members, which I later sold.

What I still have from the brand is an Instagram account with 2,000+ followers.

The Instagram account currently has relatively low engagement, but there is still some existing trust around the brand. For example, one of the posts has received 60+ positive comments, which I believe can be useful when rebuilding the community.

I now want to restart the Telegram community and grow it in a more structured and professional way.

Main Goal

My initial target is:

1,000 new members
100% Portuguese
Real people — no bots, fake accounts or low-quality members
Members who are genuinely interested and active
Approximately 1,000 views generated by these new Portuguese members
Build a community with potential for long-term growth

Quality is much more important than simply increasing the member count.

I would rather have 500 genuine, active Portuguese members than 5,000 fake or inactive accounts.
