Social Media & Outreach Specialist Needed

We are looking for a reliable person to manage social media, create content, handle customer inquiries, and conduct outreach/lead generation.

Main responsibilities:

• Create and write social media content
• Design posts using Canva/Adobe Express
• Edit reels/short videos using CapCut
• Schedule and publish content
• Manage Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Monitor inboxes, comments and inquiries
• Reply to customers/prospects promptly
• Engage with followers, groups and communities
• Find potential clients/prospects
• Conduct social media outreach and follow-ups
• Track leads and provide regular reports

We prefer someone who can handle both content/social media management AND outreach/customer communication, rather than someone who only creates posts.

Please include examples of content you have created and briefly explain your previous experience with outreach, lead generation, or customer inquiries.

IMPORTANT — TikTok access is mandatory:
This position requires direct and regular TikTok account management, including posting videos, checking/replying to comments and messages, engaging with relevant users/content, finding potential customers/students, and conducting outreach.
