## Graphic Designer Needed for Design Refinement, Vector Editing & Production Files

We are looking for a graphic designer for ongoing design work.

Most projects are not completely new designs from scratch. We will usually provide a clear design direction, reference images, PNG files, rough vector files, or AI-generated artwork. Your job is to accurately turn our ideas into clean, usable production files.

### Typical Tasks

* Recreate or clean up artwork based on PNG/reference images
* Edit and refine existing vector files
* Convert simple artwork into clean vector files
* Adjust shapes, proportions, layout, colors, text, and small design details
* Make designs symmetrical or cleaner when needed
* Remove unnecessary elements or simplify artwork
* Prepare files for printing, UV printing, laser cutting, or product manufacturing
* Make small revisions based on our feedback

### What We Will Provide

Depending on the project, we may provide:

* Exact PNG artwork
* Rough or low-quality vector files
* Reference images
* AI-generated design concepts
* Dimensions and production requirements
* Clear instructions about what needs to be changed

You do not always need to create the design concept yourself. The most important skill is being able to understand our idea and accurately execute it.

### Requirements

* Good Adobe Illustrator or similar vector editing skills
* Able to create clean SVG / AI / PDF production files
* Good attention to detail
* Able to follow dimensions and design instructions accurately
* Comfortable making multiple small adjustments
* Good communication
* Fast turnaround for simple projects

Experience with product design, wooden products, laser cutting, UV printing, packaging, or Amazon product graphics is a plus.

### Work Style

This is potentially long-term ongoing work.

Most projects are relatively small and focused on editing, refining, or rebuilding an existing design rather than creating a completely new concept.

Payment will normally be discussed per task depending on the complexity of the project.
