Role Overview
We are seeking a talented designer who possesses a strong command of industry-standard design software and a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual aesthetics. In this role, you will work on a wide variety of print and digital collateral, ranging from multi-page publications to promotional marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Print & Digital Design: Create striking layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, banners, and multi-page documents.
* Layout & Typesetting: Prepare clean, precise typography and layouts, particularly utilizing advanced publishing tools.
* Pre-Press Preparation: Ensure all final artwork meets technical specifications for offset and digital printing (color correction, bleed setup, resolution checks, and format conversion).
* Client Collaboration: Understand client requirements and translate briefs into professional visual designs.
* Brand Consistency: Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines across all assigned projects.
Requirements & Skills
* Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with:
* Adobe InDesign (Essential for layout and multi-page publishing)
* CorelDRAW (Required for vector illustration and print workflows)
* Adobe Photoshop (For image retouching and manipulation)
* Experience: Proven experience in a graphic design or print production environment (portfolio of past work is required).
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to alignment, spacing, color accuracy, and pre-press error checking.
* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
