Government Grant Acquisition for Airbnb

I run a portfolio of fully operational Airbnb properties and I’m looking for non-dilutive capital to expand and enhance them. My sole focus is grant funding from government organizations—local, state, or federal—so I need someone who can take me from opportunity discovery all the way through submission.

Here’s what I’m hoping you can handle:

• Research & shortlist: Identify government grant programmes that align with tourism, small-business development, sustainability, or community revitalisation, complete with eligibility notes, deadlines, and award ranges.
• Application build-out: Craft persuasive narratives, budgets, and supporting data that highlight my occupancy history, economic impact, and growth plan, formatted exactly to each agency’s checklist (Grants.gov, SAM.gov, state portals, etc.).
• Submission management: Assemble every attachment, register or update entity profiles, and file applications on time, then track acknowledgements and respond to clarification requests.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least three grant opportunities presented with clear rationale for fit.
2. One fully prepared government grant application ready for immediate submission.
3. A concise timeline and compliance roadmap outlining post-award reporting obligations.

Familiarity with hospitality or property-based projects and proficiency in tools such as GrantHub, eCivis, or equivalent will be a plus. Please outline your approach, estimated timeframe, and any similar successes you’ve had. I’m ready to move quickly once we agree on a plan.
