Google Sheets CRM Interaction Dashboard

I maintain my customer data in Google Sheets and now need it shaped into a simple CRM dashboard focused on day-to-day interactions. The sheet should let me manage every phone call we make, log concise notes right beside each contact, and automatically remind me when the next call is due.

Beyond calls, I also have to see at a glance: what service each customer currently enjoys, when their next service is scheduled, and a quick history of all past interactions. All of this should feed an overview panel that updates itself, so I can sort or filter by upcoming calls, overdue follow-ups, or recently completed services without touching any code.

Deliverables
• A clean, well-structured Google Sheet (or set of linked tabs) that holds contacts, call notes, service details, and history.
• Automated call-reminder system—formulas or Apps Script triggers that surface the right follow-ups each day.
• Interactive dashboard view summarising upcoming calls, next-due services, and key customer stats.
• Brief walk-through or screencast so I know exactly how to maintain and extend the file.
