African Medical Tourism Partner Outreach

I need help expanding C******** Africa Ltd’s (Name Hidden) referral network for outbound medical tourism. My immediate focus is on creating durable, mutually beneficial partnerships in Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Sierra Leone, though I remain open to other strong prospects on the continent. The ultimate measure of success is long-term collaboration rather than short-lived lead spikes.

The services we want partners to refer are high-value, specialized surgeries—orthopaedic, cardiac, neurosurgical and other complex procedures performed at our accredited treatment centres outside the patients’ home countries. You will research the local landscape, pinpoint hospitals, clinics, physicians’ groups, insurance brokers or established medical-travel facilitators that regularly encounter candidates for such interventions, and open professional dialogues on our behalf.

What I expect from you:
• A vetted list of prospective partners with full contact details, decision-maker names and qualification notes
• Introductory outreach (email, phone or in-person if feasible), presentation of our service portfolio and collecting initial interest
• Coordination of virtual meetings between qualified prospects and my team until at least three formal referral agreements (MoUs or equivalent) are executed
• Brief weekly progress updates so I can track pipeline health and address any blockers quickly

Strong familiarity with African healthcare ecosystems, B2B partnership sales, LinkedIn or similar prospecting tools, and clear professional communication are essential. Prior experience in medical tourism brokerage or hospital marketing will put you at the top of my shortlist.
