Google Profile & Lead Outreach

I own a new residential cleaning business in Florida and need an experienced assistant to kick-start our local visibility.

First priority: I only need the Google Business Profile fully set up and optimized—photos, services, service areas, keywords, description, and all verification steps. If you also have Facebook know-how that’s a plus, but this job is focused on Google for now.

Once the profile is live, I want to generate bookings by actively reaching out to local Realtors, Airbnb hosts, and property managers. You will:

• Build or enrich a verified list of prospects in my target counties (name, company, email, phone, social link).
• Draft and schedule professional posts that highlight residential, move-in/move-out, and rental cleaning.
• Send personalized introduction messages via email or DM, follow up twice, and log every interaction in a simple tracker.
• Report weekly on leads contacted, replies, and next steps.

You will receive manager access only; I remain the owner of all accounts.
