I need a knowledgeable Google Play Console specialist who can walk me through the exact steps to start an app-to-app-console transfer. I already have a fully active target Google Play Console account and full, owner-level access to both the source and destination developer consoles; the only piece I want help with is correctly initiating the transfer request inside the source account so that Google accepts it without delays.
