Google Assistant Smart Home Control

I want to turn “Hey Google” into the single point of control for my entire house. The core goal is straightforward: once the project is finished, I can use Google Assistant to operate every selected smart-home device—whether that ends up being Lights, Thermostat, the Security system, or any combination of them—by voice or from the Google Home app.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Audit & planning – You’ll review the devices I already own (or recommend compatible models) and map out the quickest path to full integration.
• Configuration – Pair each device with Google Assistant, create any required Home Routines, and fine-tune names, rooms, and triggers so commands fire reliably.
• Testing – Demonstrate every routine in real time, confirm latency is minimal, and adjust anything that misfires.
• Handover – Provide a concise guide so I can add future devices or tweak routines without starting from scratch.

Success means I can confidently say, for example, “Hey Google, arm the security system,” “dim the living-room lights to 30 percent,” or “set the thermostat to 72 degrees,” and watch it happen hands-free—no extra apps or manual workarounds required.
