Zoho CRM Implementation and training

I need Zoho CRM configured so I can finally see, at a glance, where every deal sits in our pipeline. The single most important outcome is reliable sales tracking built around strong lead management. I want new enquiries entered manually by my team to flow cleanly from Lead through to Contact, Account and Deal without duplicated effort or data loss.

Here is what success looks like to me:

• Lead Management Optimised – custom fields, stage pick-lists, assignment rules and conversion mapping that match our current process yet remain easy to tweak as we grow.
• Streamlined Manual Entry – simplified page layouts and mandatory-field validation so a rep can add a lead in seconds while we maintain data integrity.
• Sales Visibility – dashboards and standard reports that tell me lead volume, ageing and conversion rates in real time.

Please set everything up directly inside our Zoho CRM instance, test it with sample records, and then walk me through the configuration in a short hand-over session (recorded is fine). If you can leave a brief SOP or cheat-sheet for the team, even better.

The build should be future-proof; I may add web forms, imports or forecasting later, so keep that flexibility in mind as you structure modules and workflows.
