Google Analytics & Website Tagging Setup

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to help me properly set up Google Analytics tracking for my website and ensure the necessary tags are installed and working correctly.

Scope of Work

* Set up one or two Google Analytics projects/properties, as appropriate for my needs.
1. SM traffic sources
2. All traffic sources
* Review my current website analytics and tracking setup.
* Set up Google Tag Manager if needed, or clean up the existing setup.
* Add and configure the appropriate tags on my website.
* Ensure Google Analytics is receiving accurate data.
* Set up basic conversion/event tracking where appropriate.
* Test the implementation to confirm everything is firing correctly.
* Provide a brief explanation of what was configured and any recommendations for future tracking.

Ideal Freelancer

I’m looking for someone who:

* Has solid experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Understands website tracking, events, conversions, and tags.
* Can identify and fix tracking issues rather than simply following a checklist.
* Can explain the setup in straightforward language.
* Is comfortable working independently and communicating clearly.

Important

I’m primarily looking for proper setup and accurate tracking, not an extensive analytics strategy or complicated reporting system at this stage.
