GoHighLevel Sub-Account Setup Assistance

I’m on GoHighLevel’s $97 plan and the Sub-Account option simply isn’t showing in my main dashboard drop-down. There are no error messages—just an empty space where the menu item should be—so I need someone who already knows the platform inside out to jump on a quick call or screen share and walk me through enabling or locating it.

Once that’s sorted, I want to build out a dedicated Sub-Account for my son’s restaurant, starting with the client management tools: contacts, pipelines, conversation tracking, and anything else that will keep his front-of-house organised. If we work well together, I’ll likely call on you for ongoing tweaks and advice as I explore features like custom branding and automated campaigns in the future.
