Excel Automation & PDF Reporting

I have an Excel workbook that needs to do more than hold raw numbers. Using IF, SUMIF (and similar) formulas, I want the file to:

• filter my data on the fly,
• run conditional calculations that adapt as new rows appear, and
• roll everything up into clear, criteria-based summaries.

Once that logic is solid, I also need a one-click way to export the relevant sheets—or a defined print range—straight to PDF. The export should preserve whatever structure the formulas create, so the numbers shown in the PDF always mirror the latest workbook state. If charts or additional tables are required to make the report clearer, please build those into the flow; I’d like the option to toggle them on or off without touching the underlying code.

Deliverables:
1. A fully functional Excel file with the requested IF/SUMIF logic in place.
2. A streamlined PDF export routine (macro, VBA button, or native settings) that produces a clean, professional report.
3. Brief, plain-language notes explaining where to update criteria or add data in the future.

Everything should be compatible with the current desktop version of Excel for Windows. If you’ve done similar dynamic reporting setups before, a quick sample screenshot would be helpful.
