GoHighLevel Funnels & Campaigns Setup

I’m ready to hand off the day-to-day Go High Level work so I can stay focused on serving patients. My immediate priority is to build high-performing lead-generation funnels and run the accompanying email and text campaigns that turn cold traffic into booked appointments. All assets will live inside my existing Go High Level account.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Map and build each funnel step, including opt-in pages, conditional redirects, and thank-you pages, so the user experience feels seamless.
• Craft or refine the email and SMS sequences triggered by form submissions, integrating basic AI copy assistance where it makes sense to speed A/B testing.
• Connect the funnels to my current contact lists, tags, and pipeline stages so every lead shows up cleanly in the CRM.
• Optimise deliverability and tracking, making sure attribution flows through to Meta (Mehta) ads and any future ad channels we turn on.
• If you’ve used Clinic Sync Pro, please flag that—being able to connect data between systems will be a plus for us.

Nice-to-haves that can follow once the core build is solid: advanced AI automations, ongoing Meta ads management, and website design tweaks inside GHL.

I’ll provide brand guidelines, existing copy, and access to the platform the moment we start. Deliverables are accepted once the funnels are live, emails/SMS fire correctly, and leads route into the pipeline with all tags and automations functioning.
