Gmail Password Recovery Help

My Gmail account is still signed-in on the Gmail app of my iPhone, but I no longer remember the password and therefore can’t open the mailbox on any other device. Two-factor authentication was never enabled, and I already went through Google’s standard account-recovery wizard; it completed without producing a reset link or any other way in.

I’m looking for someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Google’s security flow and can guide—or, where possible, act on my behalf—in getting the password reset while keeping the account fully intact.

And i dont have access to the mobile number either
