Gmail Email Support Representative -- 2

I need a reliable person to take over all customer email interactions that arrive in my Gmail inbox. The role is purely email-based—no phone calls or live chat—so you’ll be living inside Gmail each day, replying promptly, keeping the tone friendly, and making sure every customer feels heard.

Most of the messages are straightforward general questions about our products, shipping times, and return process. When answers aren’t already documented in our FAQ, you’ll flag them for me so we can expand our knowledge base together.

Because response time is critical for us, I’m looking for someone who can check the inbox several times throughout the workday (Monday–Friday) and clear the queue before end of day in my time zone. Fluent written English, solid spelling and grammar, and the ability to convey empathy in a concise way are must-haves.

Deliverables each business day:
• All new customer emails answered or appropriately escalated
• A short end-of-day summary noting any unresolved or unusual inquiries
