Ghostwrite YA Activist Football Novel

I’m ready to turn the outline of my debut novel into a polished 30–40 k-word manuscript and need a skilled ghostwriter to partner with me. The story follows an 18-year-old Black or Asian woman from the UK whose life as a rising football star collides with her passion for social justice. Written in a tight first-person voice, the book should feel inspirational without ever slipping into preachiness and must stay suitable for a teen audience—no profanity, romance, or intimate scenes.

The heart of the narrative is her activism: campaigning for equal pay in sport, standing up for refugee rights, speaking out against war, and championing LGBTIQA+—especially trans—rights. Her autistic perspective shapes how she navigates these causes, while sub-plots touch on team-mates’ mental health, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts in a sensitive, responsible way.

Structure, pace, and authenticity are crucial. I’m looking for someone who can:

• Develop a compelling outline, gather my notes, and lock the plot before drafting.
• Deliver clean, engaging prose that keeps the tone hopeful and uplifting.
• Handle football details convincingly and weave activism organically into every chapter.
• Collaborate on revisions until we’re both confident the voice, representation, and message ring true.
