# ENTREPRENEURIAL SOFTWARE & AUTOMATION LEAD — LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a **highly skilled, entrepreneurial individual** to help build, manage, and scale the technology and automation infrastructure of a business with significant growth potential.

**This is not a traditional hourly job, freelance project, or short-term contract.**

We are specifically looking for **one exceptional individual — not an agency, development company, or outsourced team** — who has the technical ability, leadership mindset, and long-term vision to help build a serious business.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will take an active role in developing and managing:

* Software and application development
* GoHighLevel (GHL) development and administration
* Workflow design and automation
* Business process automation
* CRM systems and integrations
* Customer support systems and automation
* Internal operational systems
* Process management and optimization
* API and third-party integrations
* Technology strategy and implementation
* Scalable systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency

### WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who combines **strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset**.

You should be able to look beyond an assigned task and ask:

**How can we build this better? How can we automate it? How can we scale it? How can this become a highly profitable business?**

You must be **highly proficient in software development and GoHighLevel (GHL)** and capable of taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do every step of the way.

We are looking for someone who sees themselves growing into a **partner, technology leader, or CEO-level operator** — someone capable of helping build the systems, processes, team, and infrastructure required to scale a company.

### COMPENSATION & PROFIT-SHARING POTENTIAL

**Starting fixed salary: $700 USD per month.**

However, the salary is **not the primary financial opportunity associated with this position.**

The long-term opportunity is tied to **performance and profit sharing**, with the potential for profit sharing beginning within the **first 90 days**.

Specific profit-sharing terms, eligibility requirements, performance expectations, and structure will be discussed with the selected candidate before an agreement is finalized.

We believe this business has the potential to become a **million-dollar operation**, but that requires the right person who is prepared to invest serious time, skill, discipline, and effort into building it.
