German Reading & Writing Tutor

I want to move confidently from basic A1 up to a solid B2 level, but my priority is sharpening reading and writing skills. I’m looking for an online tutor who can structure lessons around that goal, guiding me through clear explanations, targeted practice, and regular feedback on written work.

To support the sessions, please recommend and work from reputable Intermediate-level (B1) textbooks. If you already have a proven textbook sequence that bridges A1-A2 into B1 while keeping the focus on written language, let me know which titles you prefer; I’m happy to purchase them or use any legitimate digital edition you provide.

A typical lesson should blend:
• Focused reading passages that introduce new grammar and vocabulary in context
• Short writing tasks you review in detail, highlighting errors and offering rewrites
• Brief comprehension checks to track my progress toward B2 benchmarks

We’ll meet online, so share the platform you normally teach on (Zoom, Skype, etc.) and your availability in CET. Please also outline how you measure advancement between levels and estimate the number of hours you believe are realistic to reach B2 if I study between sessions.
