I handle a steady flow of garment import-export orders and now need a reliable specialist to keep every piece of paperwork flawless and timely. Your main focus will be three areas that overlap daily in my workflow:

1. Customs documentation – covering import papers, export papers, and all compliance or regulatory notes that Indian Customs requires for readymade garments.

2. DGFT filings – preparing, submitting, and following up on my Import Export Code (IEC) application, plus managing Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) and Advance Authorization scheme paperwork so the licences arrive without delays.

3. Online booking documentation – completing and uploading the right forms on the shipping portals whenever I reserve cargo space or schedule courier pickups.

I already have order data and product specs in organised spreadsheets; you will translate that information into the official formats, cross-check HS codes, flag potential compliance gaps, and then lodge each set of documents through the relevant portals. Accuracy is critical: every mismatch between invoice, packing list, and electronic filing costs me time at the port.

Deliverables
• Verified, submission-ready customs packets for each shipment
• Successful DGFT filings with acknowledgement numbers
• Digital copies of all online booking confirmations and attached documents

I prefer someone familiar with the garment sector who can keep turnaround time tight (usually 24–48 hours per shipment). If you have experience with ICEGATE, DGFT-DIGITAL, and major freight portals, let’s get started.
