I run a growing YouTube gaming channel and I’m ready to hand off the editing so the videos can level up in polish and consistency. The raw captures are already trimmed to the key moments; what I need is someone who can transform them into engaging 1-to-10-minute uploads as well as punchy vertical Shorts drawn from the same footage.
Your job is to weave in:
• Smooth, well-timed transitions that keep the pace lively without distracting from the gameplay
• Readable, on-brand subtitles throughout (I’m flexible on styling as long as they complement the visuals)
• Sound effects and music stingers that heighten hype moments, jump-scares, and comedic beats
• Basic colour and audio balancing so the final export looks and sounds uniformly crisp
I prefer delivery in at least 1080p H.264, with a separate vertical cut for Shorts when requested. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro are all fine—use whatever lets you work quickest without sacrificing quality.
Turnaround is typically one full video per week, with occasional batches of Shorts. Please share a link to at least two gaming edits you’ve done that show off strong pacing, subtitle work, and creative SFX. If we’re both happy after the first video, I’m keen to set up an ongoing schedule.
