Full-Time WhatsApp Chatbot Setup

I manage a network of clothing showrooms that rely on WhatsApp to drive daily sales. Right now I need someone who can focus on चैटबॉट सेटअप so every outlet can take, confirm, and track orders without manual effort.

What the role involves
• Design and deploy a WhatsApp chatbot that handles ऑर्डर प्रॉसेसिंग from first message through confirmation.
• Connect it to each showroom’s existing workflow—whether that is a simple Google Sheet, a local POS, or another tool the store already uses—so stock levels and customer details automatically stay in sync.
• Build with whichever stack you know best; ManyChat, Zapier, Make.com, Wati, or Gallabox are all on the table and I am happy to adapt to your preference as long as the end result is stable and easy for the store staff to operate.
• Iterate after launch: monitor the conversations, tighten the logic, and add quick replies or coupons when needed.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional WhatsApp chatbot for at least one pilot showroom, ready for customer use.
2. Clear documentation covering flows, tags, and how non-technical staff can update basic texts or discount codes.
3. A rollout plan for cloning the bot to additional branches with minimal extra work.

This is a remote, full-time position paying ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, and I am open to adjusting that for the right experience level.
