Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Outreach: Conduct cold and warm email outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients.
Meeting Coordination: Communicate with prospects, manage calendars, and schedule meetings with qualified leads.
Prospect Research: Research prospective companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities before client meetings.
Meeting Documentation: Attend meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), document key discussion points, and track action items.
CRM Management: Update lead information, maintain sales pipelines, record meeting outcomes, and ensure accurate CRM data.
Sales Support: Assist with follow-ups, prospect tracking, and routine administrative activities related to business development.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Must have a reliable laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
* Ability to commit to full-time working hours under a freelance arrangement.
* Good written and verbal English communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
* Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email outreach tools.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
