Full-Time Telecaller For Loan Sales

The assignment is straightforward: drive loan sales over the phone, full-time. You will be handling digital banking products—specifically a range of loan offerings—and your earnings come from a clear, performance-based structure: 0.5 % to 1 % commission on every loan disbursed through your efforts.

Daily work involves calling the leads I supply (plus any you generate yourself), qualifying prospects, explaining terms, collecting required documents, and staying with the customer until the loan is approved. Strong spoken English or Hindi, confident objection-handling, and proven closing skills in financial services will set you up for success.

I track results through simple metrics—number of calls, applications submitted, and loans disbursed—so prompt reporting is essential. You will need your own phone setup, stable internet, and a quiet workspace. CRM or spreadsheet updates happen in real time so we always know the pipeline status.
