Full-Stack TypeScript Developer for PWA Completion

I need an experienced Full-Stack TypeScript developer to complete, test, and deploy an existing bilingual Arabic/English PWA called Chance Plus.

The MVP is already built, so this is not a project from scratch. Complete source code, PostgreSQL migrations, documentation, and automated tests are available.

Current technology stack:
- TypeScript
- React and Vite
- Node.js and Express
- PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM
- Tailwind CSS
- REST API/OpenAPI
- PWA
- pnpm workspace

The platform includes customer, vendor, and admin dashboards, nearby offers, offer management, QR claims and single-use redemption, invoice/discount calculations, commissions, weekly settlements, OTP authentication, reports, and Arabic RTL support.

Required work:
- Review the existing code and documented issues
- Fix and complete remaining production requirements
- Test security, roles, and vendor data isolation
- Configure real OTP/SMS
- Test QR scanning and prevent duplicate redemption
- Disable demo data and demo access in production
- Configure PostgreSQL, backups, monitoring, and security
- Deploy the application and connect chanceplus.app with HTTPS
- Provide final documentation and source code
