Full-Stack Responsive Website Development

I need a modern, fully responsive website built from the ground up. The front-end should be crafted with Bootstrap so it scales gracefully across desktop, tablet, and mobile. On the server side please use Laravel; take advantage of its routing, Eloquent ORM, and built-in security features to deliver clean, maintainable code.

Core scope
• Set up a relational database, create the schema, and wire it to Laravel’s models.
• Implement secure authentication and role-based authorization using Laravel Sanctum or Passport.
• Expose key functionality through RESTful API endpoints and document them briefly for future integration.
• Apply robust error handling and input validation on both client and server.
• Write concise unit and feature tests; make sure critical flows pass before delivery.
• Package the project for easy deployment (env variables, migration commands, build scripts) and assist during the initial launch.
• Provide a short README covering local setup, build steps, and common troubleshooting tips.

Acceptance
The site must load flawlessly on all modern browsers, all tests should pass, and a fresh clone followed by the documented commands must spin up the application without manual fixes.
