Full-Stack Developer Needed for Freelancer Platform

We're building a platform that combines project management with a social network — built specifically for freelancers and crowdsourcing teams who are tired of juggling email, chats, and generic PM tools.

Think of it as the intersection of LinkedIn, Trello, and a community forum — a place where freelancers can manage projects, showcase their work, and connect with other creatives, all in one space.

We're currently in MVP stage and looking for a full-stack developer/team to help us build out core functionality and get ready for public launch.

Core features we need:

Customizable project dashboards (task boards, client/project tracking)
User profiles with portfolio showcase
Social feed / community layer (posts, follows, comments)
Real-time messaging between users
Time tracking and basic invoicing
Notification system
Responsive web app (mobile-friendly, PWA preferred)

Nice to have (future phases):

Escrow / payment processing integration
Agency and team accounts
AI-assisted features (task suggestions, smart matching)

Tech stack:

Open to your recommendation, but we lean toward React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js or similar on the backend, with a scalable database (Postgres/Supabase or similar). Tell us what you'd choose and why.
