Full-Stack Developer with Apple Wallet / PassKit Experience – Existing SaaS Project Takeover

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong Apple Wallet / PassKit experience to take over an existing SaaS platform.

The project is already developed and includes:

* iOS application
* Android application
* Web-based business dashboard
* Admin dashboard
* Backend
* Database
* Apple Wallet integration
* Google Wallet integration
* Loyalty cards / stamp cards
* QR functionality
* Business and customer accounts

This is NOT a project to build from scratch.

The first phase will be a complete technical takeover and audit of the existing system after the current development company completes the project handover.

Phase 1 – Technical Takeover & Audit

The selected developer will be required to:

* Review the complete source code
* Review iOS, Android, backend, dashboard and admin systems
* Review the database structure
* Review hosting/server configuration
* Review repositories and deployment setup
* Verify that all required project assets and credentials have been properly handed over
* Confirm that the project can be independently built, deployed and maintained
* Identify bugs, technical debt and architectural issues
* Provide a clear technical audit before starting major new development

Priority Apple Wallet Work

Strong Apple Wallet / PassKit knowledge is essential.

The current Wallet implementation must be reviewed, particularly:

1. Wallet Cards per Business

This is a multi-business platform.

Each business must have its own properly separated and branded Wallet experience.

The developer must review the current implementation of:

* passTypeIdentifier
* serialNumber
* groupingIdentifier
* Pass generation
* Pass signing
* Pass Type IDs
* Certificates
* Business-specific branding and configuration
* Pass update infrastructure

The goal is to ensure Wallet cards belonging to different businesses are implemented and separated correctly.

The developer should also be familiar with the App Store Connect API, including Pass Type ID and certificate management.

2. Loyalty Stamp Icons

The current loyalty stamp design must also be reviewed.

Stamp icon:

* Size
* Spacing
* Padding
* Alignment
* Visual appearance

should be configurable correctly within Apple Wallet requirements rather than unnecessarily restricted by the current implementation.

Additional System Review

The developer should also review:

* Customer registration flow
* Business account structure
* Loyalty card creation
* Customer IDs
* QR code logic
* Push notifications
* Apple Wallet updates
* Google Wallet implementation
* API integrations
* Dashboard configuration
* Optional/required customer fields
* Duplicate card prevention
* Subscriber/customer status logic
* Security and access control
* Production and testing environments

I am looking for a developer who can first understand and audit an existing codebase, not immediately rebuild the system.

Please do not apply if your Apple Wallet experience is limited to simply generating basic .pkpass files.

I need someone who understands the complete Wallet architecture, certificates, identifiers, APIs, updates and multi-business implementation.
