Full-Stack Developer Needed – Complete Home Healthcare & EVV App

We are looking for an experienced freelance full-stack developer to complete a custom home healthcare management application that is already approximately 50% built using Emergent.
We are not looking to rebuild the app from scratch. We need someone who can quickly understand the existing codebase, preserve what is working, fix issues where necessary, and complete the remaining development.

The App Includes:
Client intake & management
Caregiver/employee management
Scheduling
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) – GPS clock-in/out, visit verification, exceptions, audit trails
Prior authorization & service tracking
Digital forms, signatures & document management
Compliance tracking & alerts
Workflow automation
Dashboards & reporting
Billing/payroll-related workflows
Role-based permissions
What We Need:
A developer who can:
Audit the existing Emergent-built application
Identify what is complete vs. what remains
Debug and improve existing functionality
Complete remaining features and workflows
Build/finish EVV and API integrations
Ensure strong security and HIPAA-conscious architecture
Prepare the application for production launch
Experience with home healthcare, EVV, Medicaid, scheduling, healthcare software, APIs, or compliance systems is a major plus.

You must be comfortable working with an existing/AI-generated codebase and Git/GitHub. We need an actual developer who can independently read, debug, and write production-quality code—not someone who relies entirely on AI prompting.

Timeline is 2 weeks.
