# Full-Stack Developer Needed for Existing AI SaaS — Inspection, Deployment & Improvements

I recently acquired an existing AI SaaS application called **Proxelion** and I'm looking for a reliable full-stack developer who can help me understand, deploy and improve the product.

I am a **non-technical founder**, so I need someone who can explain technical issues clearly and work with me long-term.

Think of the first task like a **mechanic inspecting a car before purchase**.

I don't want someone to immediately rebuild the application. I want someone to first inspect what is already there, test the important functionality, identify problems and tell me what actually needs to be fixed.

The application is built with technologies including:

* AI APIs / Claude / OpenRouter

The application is already deployed and has existing functionality.

## PHASE 1 — TECHNICAL INSPECTION

I want you to review the existing application and codebase.

Please check:

* Overall architecture
* Frontend
* Backend/API
* Database
* Authentication
* User data isolation
* AI integrations
* SMTP
* IMAP reply detection
* Automated follow-ups
* Stop-follow-up-on-reply functionality
* Gmail/OAuth implementation
* Microsoft 365 compatibility
* Background jobs/cron
* Billing
* Chrome extension
* API integrations
* Security basics
* Deployment configuration
* Third-party dependencies

Please actually test the major workflows rather than only looking at the source code.

For example:

**Create user → find company → find contact → generate email → send → receive reply → detect reply → classify reply → stop follow-up**

I want to know whether this actually works end-to-end.

### Chrome Extension

The existing extension includes:

* Gmail sidebar
* AI email generation
* Three email variations
* Follow-up generation
* Pitch templates
* Usage/credit information
* Insert generated email into Gmail
* Proxelion authentication

It is Manifest V3 and currently unpublished.

Please inspect and test it as well.

## DELIVERABLE

I want a short report in plain English explaining:

### Critical

Things that should be fixed.

### Important

Things that should be addressed soon.

### Improvements

Things that can be improved later.

### Working

Things that are already functioning properly.

For each major issue, please give me:

* What is wrong
* Why it matters
* How you would fix it
* Estimated hours

I don't need a huge academic report. I need a practical founder-friendly assessment.

# PHASE 2 — DEPLOYMENT

After the inspection, I want help moving the application into **my own accounts/infrastructure**.

This may include:

* GitHub
* Vercel
* Supabase
* Google Cloud
* AI/API accounts
* Domain
* Email
* Other required services

The goal is that after handover, I control the product and don't depend on the previous owner.

You will help configure the application and verify that it works after deployment.

# IMPORTANT

**The first milestone is ONLY the technical inspection.**

I do not want the developer to make changes to the existing production application during the inspection.

Initial access will be provided appropriately for review/testing.

If the developer is a good fit, there will be additional paid work for deployment, fixes and new features.

I am looking for a long-term developer rather than someone who wants to rewrite everything.
