I’m setting up a weekday mentoring program for aspiring Business / Data Analysts and need an experienced professional who can teach fluently in both Tamil and English. The core of the syllabus covers Excel, SQL, and Power BI + Tableau from absolute basics right through to advanced, so you must be comfortable demonstrating formulas one day and performance-tuning queries or DAX calculations the next.
In addition, the cohort will expect:
• Python at an intermediate, practical level (writing clean scripts for data prep and simple automation).
• A walkthrough of AI & GenAI concepts and hands-on examples that sit between basic and intermediate complexity.
• Touchpoints on Google Looker Studio, fundamental statistics, and—most importantly—how to turn raw findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
You should bring at least four years of real-world, on-the-job analytics experience that you can translate into live cases, best practices, and common pitfalls. Sessions will be scheduled on weekdays, so I’ll rely on your punctuality and consistency. All teaching collateral (slide decks, worksheets, sample datasets, reusable SQL/Python notebooks) must be shared beforehand and refined based on participant feedback.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
1. A structured session plan with learning objectives for each tool/topic.
2. Live virtual classes conducted on the agreed weekday slots, with recordings handed over afterward.
3. Practice assignments plus model answers that reinforce every module’s key takeaways.
4. A capstone project outline where learners apply Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards to produce insights and recommendations.
If mentoring, explaining complex ideas simply, and toggling seamlessly between Tamil and English are second nature to you, I’d love to hear about your approach and a couple of real projects you’ve solved using the toolset above.
