Full-stack Dev for Fitness Dashboard

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a premium, minimal, customer dashboard for a fitness/wellness brand website

### Core Requirements

**1. Admin Panel**

* Add customers by name/email
* Assign Kit 1, Kit 2, or both
* View individual customer progress
* Upload/edit videos for each kit
* 2 kits with 40 videos each

**2. Customer Flow**
Login → Program Access → 5 onboarding questions → Dashboard

The 5 questions will cover:

* Fitness level
* Main goal
* Available workout time
* Main body/focus area
* Injuries or physical limitations

Answers should be saved to the customer's profile.

**3. Customer Dashboard**

* Premium, clean and minimal design
* Mobile-first
* Welcome message
* Day X / 40
* Progress percentage
* Progress bar
* Separate progress tracking if the customer has access to both kits

**4. Video Unlocking System**

* Each kit contains 40 videos
* Day 1 is unlocked initially
* A video is marked complete after approximately 90–95% watch completion
* Completing a video automatically unlocks the next day
* Completed videos remain available for replay
* Future videos remain locked
