Full 3D House Design & Meta Quest VR Integration

Complete Single-Storey House 3D Design – Interior, Exterior, Garden & Quest 3 VR

I have architectural PDF drawings for my single-storey house and I am looking for an experienced and professional 3D architectural designer to convert the plans into a complete, detailed and realistic 3D visualization of the house, including the interior, exterior, garden and swimming pool.

The objective is to allow me to visualize the house as if I were actually living in it, both in normal 3D views and through Meta Quest 3 VR.

1. Interior Design & 3D Visualization

The interior is an important part of this project.

I want the house to have a modern or contemporary interior design that is elegant, practical and realistic for everyday living.

The complete interior should be modeled and furnished, including:

Living rooms
Bedrooms
Dining areas
Kitchen
Bathrooms
Corridors
Entrance areas
Other spaces shown in the architectural plans
Furniture

The house should be fully furnished with suitable modern/contemporary furniture, including:

Sofas
Armchairs
Coffee tables
Dining table and chairs
Beds and bedside tables
Wardrobes
TV units
Consoles
Desks/workspaces
Shelving/storage
Curtains/blinds
Rugs
Decorative elements and accessories

The objective is to make the house look fully lived-in and realistic, rather than an empty architectural model.

Kitchen

The kitchen should be fully visualized, including:

Kitchen cabinets
Worktops
Island/peninsula where appropriate
Sink and faucet
Refrigerator
Oven
Microwave
Dishwasher
Hob/cooktop
Other appropriate kitchen appliances and accessories
Bathrooms

Bathrooms should have a modern/contemporary design and include:

Vanity units
Wash basins
Mirrors
Toilets
Showers
Bathtub where applicable
Shower screens
Faucets and fittings
Appropriate bathroom accessories
Lighting
Tiles and finishes
Doors & Windows

I will provide the design/details of the doors and windows that I want to use.

The freelancer should incorporate these designs into the 3D model accurately and use them throughout the house as appropriate.

2. Exterior 3D Design

The exterior should be designed in a Modern, Contemporary or Light Classic / Modern Classic style.

I would like at least 4 genuinely different exterior/façade design concepts based on the actual architectural plans.

The four concepts should be meaningfully different, not simply different colors.

They can explore different:

Façade compositions
Architectural features
Entrance/main door treatment
Materials and finishes
Stone, wood, metal and other suitable accents
Windows and shading
Roof/parapet treatments
Exterior lighting
Colors and material combinations
Boundary wall and gate design

The designs should remain elegant, practical and realistic to construct.

3. Garden, Landscaping & Swimming Pool

The garden should be designed as an integral part of the exterior 3D design.

I would like creative and practical landscaping ideas including:

Green areas
Trees and plants
Walkways
Outdoor seating
Outdoor entertaining areas
Privacy
Garden lighting
Boundary walls and gates
Driveway where applicable
Swimming Pool

The swimming pool should be incorporated into the overall garden and exterior design.

I would like a pool of approximately 1.4 m depth, with a practical size and location that does not consume the entire garden.

The design should maintain a good balance between:

House + Pool + Garden + Usable Outdoor Space

The pool area should include appropriate surrounding decking, seating, landscaping, lighting and circulation.

4. Accurate Complete 3D Model

The house should be accurately modeled from the supplied architectural PDF drawings.

This includes:

Complete single-storey structure
Room layouts
Walls
Doors
Windows
Floors and ceilings
Kitchen
Bathrooms
External areas
Garden
Swimming pool
Boundary walls and gates

The 3D model should maintain the proportions and dimensions of the architectural drawings.

5. Meta Quest 3 VR – MUST WORK

The completed project must be suitable for use with Meta Quest 3.

I want to be able to put on the Quest 3 and walk through my house as if I were actually inside it, including:

Walking through all interior rooms
Looking at the furniture and finishes
Entering the kitchen and bathrooms
Moving through corridors
Going outside into the garden
Viewing the swimming pool
Walking around the exterior

Please provide a working VR-compatible version, not simply a 360° image or video.

The freelancer must also provide clear step-by-step instructions explaining:

Which software/application is required.
How to prepare/build the VR version.
How to transfer it to Meta Quest 3.
How to launch and use it.
How I can update the VR version later after modifying the 3D model.
6. EDITABLE PROJECT FILES – MANDATORY

COMPLETE EDITABLE SOURCE/PROJECT FILES ARE A MANDATORY DELIVERABLE.

I do not want to receive only rendered images, screenshots, PDFs or videos.

Once I am satisfied with the completed project, I must receive the complete original/editable project files.

I want to be able to open the same project myself and continue working on it in the future.

I must be able to manipulate and modify the model, including:

Interior design
Furniture
Kitchen
Bathrooms
Doors and windows
Materials and colors
Exterior/façade
Garden
Swimming pool
Lighting
Other 3D elements

The delivery must include the original source/project file, all relevant textures/materials and any linked assets necessary to properly open and edit the project.

Please clearly state the software and version you will use.

7. Professional Delivery – IMPORTANT

Please bid only if you are professionally capable of delivering ALL of the requirements listed above.

I am not looking for someone who can only create basic renders or a simple 3D shell.

The selected freelancer must be capable of professionally delivering:

Complete interior 3D design
Full furniture and decoration
Kitchen and appliances
Modern bathrooms
My supplied door and window designs
Exterior/façade design
Minimum 4 exterior concepts
Garden and landscaping
Swimming pool incorporated into the garden
Accurate complete 3D model
Editable original project files
Working Meta Quest 3 VR version
Clear VR setup instructions

Please provide examples of similar complete residential villa projects, particularly projects involving both interior and exterior 3D design and VR.

Please also clearly state:

What software you will use
Whether you can deliver a working Meta Quest 3 VR version
What editable source files will be provided
Whether all textures/assets required to edit the project will be included

Please do not bid if you cannot professionally deliver the complete scope and all required deliverables.

You have to be flexible enough to cater the project and deliver it professionally and assist me to come up with professional grade work.

The architectural PDF drawings and door/window designs will be provided to the selected freelancer.
