Full 2D Residential CAD Drawings

I’m starting a residential build and need a skilled AutoCAD drafter to create everything from the ground up. There are no existing sketches or digital files, so I’ll rely on you to turn my verbal brief and reference images into clear, production-ready 2D drawings.

Here’s what I must receive:
• Floor plan at 1:100 (metric), fully dimensioned, with room labels, door and window schedules.
• Front and side elevations showing materials, key heights, and finished ground level.
• One cross-section cutting through the main living core, displaying structural members, floor-to-ceiling heights, and roof pitch.

All files should be delivered in DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or later) plus matching PDF sheets plotted to A1. Please use sensible layer names and include a printable title block with my project data, north point, and scale bar.

I’ll review an initial draft for mark-ups, and the final submission will be accepted once redlines are addressed and the drawings plot cleanly at scale with no missing line weights or fonts.
