I’m overhauling a mixed-use facility’s cooling plant and need a refrigeration engineer who can take full ownership of our halocarbon handling—R513A is the primary gas in service. The heart of the job is precise refrigerant management: safe recovery, evacuation, and weight-based charging that meets EPA and local compliance standards while minimising losses.

To make sure the upgraded plant is sized and routed correctly, I also need rigorous system validation. Provide fresh thermal load calculations and walk me through the numbers, then overlay any changes on the existing blueprints so I can see exactly how the airflow, pipework, and control wiring tie together. If you prefer CAD, even better—send the annotated layouts so my onsite crew can build straight from your files.

Our equipment mix includes large-frame chillers, VRF strings, and a pair of variable-speed screw compressors tied into an automated electrical panel. If you spot lurking faults while you’re tracing the circuits, flag them and suggest fixes; I’ll schedule the maintenance window around your findings.

Deliverables
• Verified thermal calculations with assumptions and safety factors
• Marked-up blueprints or CAD files showing any reroutes or additions
• Step-by-step R513A recovery and charging procedure with weight logs
• Fault list (if found) on chillers, VRF/VRV loops, or compressor controls

I’ll be available for quick clarifications and can supply existing drawings, control schematics, and previous service reports the moment we start. Looking forward to working with someone who treats every gram of refrigerant as if it were gold.
