French Speaking Remote Assistant for E-commerce

Remote Assistant Wanted – Product Listing Verification & Generation – €2/hour

Hello,

I am currently looking for a serious, reliable, and available person to help me manage and create product listings for my online store.

I have developed an extension that automatically generates a large part of the descriptions and product information. The system is already set up and is relatively easy to use. I am therefore looking for someone who can mainly launch the generations, check the generated information, and perform a few simple tasks.

The goal is to save me time on this part of the business so I can focus on other areas.

Mandatory requirement: Native-level French

You MUST speak, read, and understand French at a native level.

This is not optional.

A large part of the work involves checking product descriptions and information written in French, so you must be able to recognize grammar mistakes, unnatural wording, incorrect expressions, spelling errors, and inconsistencies.

Please do not apply if your French is only basic, intermediate, or conversational.

I am specifically looking for someone with native or fully native-level French proficiency (C2/native level) who can confidently review French content without needing translation tools.

Main tasks Launch product listing generations using my extension; Click on different buttons by following a clear process; Copy and paste information when needed; Check that the generated information is accurate and consistent; Carefully review French descriptions and make sure the language sounds natural and correct; Identify grammar, spelling, wording, or information mistakes; Identify missing or incorrect product details; Work with several browser tabs at the same time in order to generate multiple listings simultaneously; Inform me whenever a listing has an issue or requires additional verification. Working hours

I am ideally looking for someone who is available between 6 and 8 hours per day.

The work is fully remote and can be done from your own computer.

It is important that your computer is powerful enough to handle at least 4 browser tabs running at the same time, as the ideal workflow is to process product listings in groups of 4.

A stable internet connection is also required.

Training

No specific technical experience is required.

I will provide training videos and detailed instructions explaining exactly how to use the extension, how to verify the listings, and what to do in the different situations you may encounter.

The process is quite simple to learn. After approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour of training, you should normally understand the workflow and be able to handle most tasks independently.

I will of course remain available if you have any questions or encounter a specific issue.

Profile I am looking for

I am looking for someone who is:

Native or native-level French speaker – MANDATORY; Serious and reliable; Punctual and consistent; Very detail-oriented; Able to follow instructions carefully; Comfortable using a computer and web browser; Available for several hours per day; Able to work independently once trained; Able to identify mistakes in French text quickly; Able to report mistakes or unusual situations instead of ignoring them; Interested in a stable and potentially long-term collaboration if everything goes well.

The work itself is not complicated, but attention to detail, consistency, and excellent French are essential, because you will be responsible for checking the quality of the product listings.

Payment

€2 per hour.
