I need a meticulous French-to-English translation of an information-technology technical manual. Accuracy in terminology is non-negotiable: every command name, UI label, and hardware or software spec has to read as if it were written originally in English, while keeping headings, tables, and figure references intact.
You may work in any CAT tool you prefer—SDL Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, even a well-structured TM in OmegaT—as long as the final hand-off includes:
• a clean, publication-ready Word or PDF file that mirrors the source layout
• the bilingual file or TM for future updates
• a brief glossary of specialised IT terms you standardised along the way.
Please outline your experience with French technical content and let me know your average daily word-count so I can plan the schedule before we kick off.
