Freeze Dryer PLC/HMI Updates

I have a commercial freeze-drying machine in the field that needs a fast round of improvements. All three layers—software, the HMI interface, and the underlying PLC logic—require bug fixes plus a handful of small feature tweaks. I already hold the complete source code and full documentation package, so you will start with everything you need.

The existing program’s language will be confirmed by our manufacturing partner as soon as you come aboard; please be comfortable working in the common IEC-61131 suite (Ladder Logic, FBD, or Structured Text) so we can move quickly once the exact dialect is named.

Scope and deliverables (must be completed inside a one-week window):
• Review the current codebase and documentation.
• Implement the agreed bug fixes on the PLC side and align the HMI screens accordingly.
• Adapt all updates to integrate with a Kinco GH043 HMI upgrade using D tools.
• Upload, test, and validate the updated build on a newly installed PLC connected to the existing HMI on-site.
• Provide a concise change log and updated source package at hand-off.

I will be available daily for rapid feedback, and remote access to a test rig can be arranged if required. Let’s get these improvements shipped on schedule.
