Freelance Talent Sourcer – Ongoing Candidate Sourcing & Research

Project Scope:
We are expanding our hiring pipeline and need a reliable freelance researcher/recruiter to take over the front end of our candidate sourcing funnel. This is a flexible, remote contract focused entirely on discovering, tracking, and handing off matching profiles to our team.
What You Will Do:
• Talent Discovery: Actively hunt for matching candidate profiles across LinkedIn, job boards, and online databases based on our specific role requirements.
• Initial Outreach: Handle first-touch messaging to gauge basic interest and professional availability.
• Pipeline Management: Keep a clean, shared spreadsheet up to date with candidate details, tracking statuses, and notes so our internal team has full visibility.
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong internet research skills and a methodical approach to sorting through profiles.
• Excellent written communication for professional candidate outreach.
• High organizational skills to manage spreadsheets and keep lead data error-free.
• Prior background in recruitment, lead generation, or sourcing is a big plus but we are open to sharp researchers who learn fast.
