I’m looking for a seasoned account-side professional who can step in on a project basis to keep our SEO clients happy, informed, and on track.
Here’s the day-to-day: you’ll own all front-end communication, run a concise monthly video call with each client, you will be the go between for approvals Im content, assisting client with newsletters and translate the strategy that our in-house SEO team has crafted into clear next steps the client can sign off on. Between meetings you’ll chase approvals, monitor the internal board for due dates, and make sure every deliverable lands when it should.
Because this role is strictly account management, I’m not asking you to write meta tags or build links. What I do need is someone who can quickly respond to communication amd coordinate any questions to the correct team member for response if you can read a ranking report, understand what moved and why, and speak to it confidently. BIG BONuS If a client asks “why did phone calls dip last month?” you’re comfortable digging in with team summarizing the insight, and looping the strategist back in only when a deeper technical dive is required.
Success for me looks like:
• All assigned client tickets closed on or before their due date.
• Zero unacknowledged client emails for more than one business day.
• Crystal-clear, jargon-free monthly reports delivered and discussed on schedule.
If you’ve managed local-business accounts before and live inside Google Suite already, we should talk.
