I need a savvy community manager to take full charge of our presence on Quora and Reddit with one clear objective: boost brand awareness. All contributions must feel genuinely helpful, so the focus is on well-researched, informative posts rather than overt promotions.

Our niche is education, so you’ll be answering questions, starting conversations, and sharing practical insights that position us as a trusted resource in that space. Think thoughtful explanations, how-to guidance, and data-backed commentary that naturally spotlights our expertise without breaking each platform’s self-promotion rules.

Tools and tone aside, results matter. Each week I expect:
• A short content calendar outlining the threads and subreddits you’ll target
• At least five Quora answers and three Reddit posts or comment threads, written in concise, fluent English
• A brief report on follower growth, upvotes/karma, and any notable brand mentions
