**The role**
We're looking for a skilled video editor to produce smooth, engaging short-form reels for real estate marketing. You'll handle text placement, transitions, pacing, and visual flow to create content that converts—think TikTok/Reels quality with professional polish.

**What we need**
• Expertise in text layout, timing, and readability in short-form video
• Smooth transitions and cuts that maintain visual momentum
• Understanding of real estate content (property showcases, before/after, testimonials, etc.)
• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Quick turnaround on multiple videos per week
• Eye for pacing and music-to-cut synchronization
