Freelance Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote, Project-based

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our project management company with ongoing recruitment needs across different projects.
This is not a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Search and source candidates
- Identify candidates across Europe and internationally
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
- Review CVs and assess candidates against project requirements
- Conduct first interviews/screening calls when required
- Present a structured shortlist of suitable candidates

Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience in recruitment/talent sourcing
- Proven experience independently searching for and approaching candidates
- Experience recruiting internationally
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Availability for flexible, project-based assignments
