Embed Sli.do Polls in PowerPoint

I have 6-10 multiple-choice polls already written and I simply need them dropped into their correct spots in my existing PowerPoint deck. All questions and answer choices are final; the task is purely technical integration using the official Sli.do add-in (Office 365).
