Control Shift Video is looking for a freelance designer to collaborate with our creative team on project-based work across video, motion graphics, web visuals, and brand content. Our projects span technology, healthcare, energy, consumer brands, nonprofits, and passion projects.

What You’ll Do

Design visual systems, frames, and assets for video and motion projects
Support branding, layout, and visual storytelling needs
Translate concepts into clean, purposeful designs
Prepare files for animation and production workflows

What We’re Looking For

Strong design fundamentals and visual judgment
Experience designing for motion or video
Clear communication and reliable delivery
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
