Format PDF Manuscript for KDP

I have a completed non-fiction manuscript sitting in a single PDF file and a cover that is already designed but still needs to meet Amazon KDP’s e-book specifications. All I need now is a Kindle-ready package that will sail through KDP’s automatic checks and earn that “Approved” status on the first submission.

Here is what I expect from you:

• Convert the PDF into a clean, re-flowable ePub that respects chapter breaks, body text styling, headings, links, footnotes, and an autogenerated table of contents.
• Reformat my existing cover to Amazon’s e-book dimensions, weight, and color profile requirements, embedding it correctly in the final file.
• Validate the book in Kindle Previewer and pass the KDP EPUBCheck report with zero critical errors.
• Return to me both the finalized ePub and a Word or HTML source file so future edits are simple.

Acceptance Criteria
– File uploads to my KDP Bookshelf without triggering formatting, margin, or font-embedding warnings.
– All internal navigation (TOC links, hyperlinks, endnotes) works flawlessly on Kindle Previewer and mobile devices.
– Cover thumbnail appears crisp and proportionate in the KDP preview pane.
